In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it per the following policy guidelines.
Upon delivery of your product, please check your product for signs of any damage that may have occurred during shipping. Should you see any, you can return the product for replacement or refund by contacting us at support@strictlyderm.com Please include specific details and photos of product damage. This will help us improve our packaging and shipping services.
If you are unhappy with your product, we offer a full purchase refund within 30 days of the initial order date. Refund requests can be submitted via email at support@strictlyderm.com
Please note that if your product was purchased through a Strictlyderm distributor or retailer, you will need to return to the original purchase location in order to resolve any returns or exchanges.
This policy only applies to retail orders. Wholesale orders are subject to further review. For wholesale orders, contact your account representative.
